Topics of Interest

This Resource Page is a place where the ongoing growth and development of the seeds gathered through the ALS research can be planted and the fruits can be celebrated and shared. The page is organized around Interest Topics suggested by ALS Team members and friends. Each Interest Topic includes a list of resources. You may know of resources that can be added. Those of you living in Africa will have knowledge of resources we may not know about.

Some of the topics have been treated in depth in the chapters of the ALS book. Some of the resources listed under the topic headings will be based on the ALS findings. We hope others will join us in continuing to learn from and build on the ALS data gathered.

There has been much work done by many others in the field of leadership development. Links to those organizations and their materials are also included by Interest Topic on the Resource Page. It is not intended to focus on ALS materials exclusively.

We hope that you, the users, will be able to help us enrich and expand the resources found here. To that end, we have set up a Forum with discussions tied to the Interest Topics. You will be able to use the forum to suggest additional topics, to carry on conversations about existing topics and to suggest resources to be added. seedlinggraphicelement_morepages_small We anticipate that the conversations and resource materials can be done in French, Portuguese and English. Tyndale envisions and prays that the users of the site can be involved in an ongoing process of gathering, presenting and adding materials important to those engaged in leadership development, education, training, writing and publishing.
